The Wakefield Civic Center is a state of the art events center comprised of the Wakefield Senior Center and the office of Wakefield Progressive, Inc. The facility boasts over 6,000 square feet of meeting space to accommodate events of all sizes. A full kitchen with two stovetops, two ovens, freezer and commercial refrigerator make catering events at the Wakefield Civic Center a breeze!

Mitsel Hall is a 100 x 50 banquet room that provides seating for up to 300 guests. The room includes access to an outdoor patio and dance floor perfect for weddings, quinceanera, benefits or fundraisers! The two 75” smart televisions are perfect for slideshows, broadcasting the “big game” or presentations. Included in rental are tables, chairs, usage of the ice machine, water pitchers, beverage dispensers and coffee carafes.

There are two meeting rooms available for rent. The large meeting room is 32 x 24 and includes tables and chairs for up to 40 people seated.

The smaller meeting room is 14 x 24 and includes tables and chairs for up to 15 people seated.

Both rooms have audio-visual equipment available.
